2. Be Willing To Be Different
- As far as Buffet is concerned, the key to standing out and becoming something truly extraordinary is to distance yourself from the ordinary. Or in other words, rather than watching what everyone else is doing and looking to gain a slice of the action yourself, it’s a case of instead looking for undervalued or unusual opportunities. And at the same time, it also means listening to your heart and ignoring the critics. Pretty much everybody in the early days said that Buffet would be a spectacular failure – suffice to say, he’s the one that’s laughing now!
