The Town of Albert, TX – $2.5 million
Another entire town put up for sale on eBay, though in this instance one that turned its prior owner a pretty impressive profit. Bobby Cooper had previously purchased the town for a little more than $200,000, only to then sell it once again in 2003 for $2.5 million. A small town with a rich history and culture all of its own, it has a resident population of just five people and a scattering of pretty buildings.
