If you ever feel the need to justify spending what appears to be at least a slightly excessive amount of money on yet another handbag, this might make you feel a little better. Over the course of four months, 10 artisans worked tirelessly on handcrafting what they would come to call the “1001 Nights Diamond Purse”, which as the name suggests is encrusted with more than 4,500 diamonds. Suffice to say, you’d have to be pretty brave to wear this thing out in the open, let alone hand over the $4 million asking price!
