1. Mike Tyson’s Tigers – $140,000
Last but not least, it’s unlikely that any superstar for the foreseeable future at least will be able to hold a candle to Mike Tyson when it comes to crazy purchases. He’s racked up a fair few in his time, but none that were quite as bonkers as a pair of Bengal Tigers. On the plus side, he did in fact take excellent care of them and provided them with fantastic living conditions on his sprawling estate. On the downside, they also cost him no less than $200,000 per year in food alone, ultimately resulting in him having to give them up.
