In the case of Tyler Perry, he made it clear from the start that he intended his own Gulfstream III to be transformed into something of an airborne theatre. And that’s exactly what he accomplished as well, adding a ridiculous contingency of entertainment technology along with a fully loaded library. It’s pretty safe to say that boring flights just aren’t on the cards when travelling with this guy. And nor should they be, given the fact that he spent more than $60 million over and above the standard purchase price of the plane on customisations.
