7. Keep a Log
The single most important rule in the professional gambler’s arsenal is the log book they keep on their gambling activities. This is important for two reasons – the first of which being that you need to know how far in the black or the red you are at any one time. Secondly, keeping a log is important as a means by which to note any patterns that may help you make more informed decisions in future ventures.
