4. Huge hidden tunnel networks under the city
Quite the far cry from the bright lights of The Strip, there is in fact something of a secret underground city hiding beneath the surface of Las Vegas. An enormous labyrinth of tunnels stretching on for countless miles was built originally to help the city cope in the event of sudden floods. Today, the underground city provides refuge for a large community of homeless Las Vegas citizens.
